Regarding use and purchase of graphics:
 

  1. You must have the No-right-click as well as the no drag script on the pages where you use my graphics. Click *here* to get it if you don't have it yet.  If purchasing a premade adoption to offer out or a webset for yourself...your site must be up and running in order for me to see that you are abiding by the general TOU.

  2. You must either have logo or a text-link to my site on every page you use my graphics. Please link to:

  3. You may not alter my graphics IN ANY WAY. You are not allowed to make adoptables, buttons, banners, awards, logos, backgrounds, webring graphics, cards, or any other kind of graphic/ tube with anything you find on my pages.

  4. Your site must be family orientated - no pornography, racism, etc. I reserve the right to ask you to remove any of my graphics for any reason!

  5. My graphics may not be redistributed in emails or be taken up in any kind of collection. This include posting them on online groups such as MSN, Yahoo etc.  The exception here is using the sigtags - obviously. Please link back to my site when using the sigtags!  You are not allowed to use my adoptions or webset graphics in emails.  You are also NOT allowed to make stationery with any graphics of mine. You are absolutely not allowed to make a monetary profit off of anything from my site!  (this includes crafts of any kind and embroidery also).

  6. Do not direct link! It's called bandwidth-stealing and is totally unacceptable.

  7. NO refunds will be made on any graphics.

  8. My graphics remain my property and my site is NOT Public domain.  I always retain copyright. If you close your site...I have the right to offer any graphics that you bought (such as adoptions or custom graphics) from my site in a manner that I see fit.  The re-use of graphics is up to me as to whether I want to offer them again in any way.

  9. If you give any graphics bought from me to someone else as a gift (that was purchased through me for that person), that person is subject to all these Terms of Use as well.  You only pay for the use of my graphics.  You may not give my graphics to your friends for free for them to use!  (this includes when you close a site...you may not give away graphics for anyone else to use). 

  10. Please put the adoptions up in a 'timely' manner or i will resell them to the next person who requested them.

  11. Premade adoptions are only sold to those who have adoption shoppes...NO exceptions!  People rely on adopting these graphics from these shoppes so you may not purchase something and then never add it to a shoppe for others to adopt. 

  12. You may NOT in the future...sell my graphics for a profit...including premades that are bought to adopt out!  If you sell or give up your adoption shoppe or personal/commercial site...you forfeit the use of the graphics you have purchased from me.  You may NOT make any monetary profit off my graphics after the initial purchase.  This includes graphics of any kind...sigtags, premade adoptions, websets, anything!!

  13. You may NOT use gift certificates to gain an advantage on buying items for a BOGO sale...this includes using a gift certificate toward the purchase of anything NOR purchase a gift certificate with the intentions of gaining double use for a gift for someone.  Gift certificates are purchased and used ONLY in the monetary amount listed on them.

Please include your name, email addy, url and Paypal addy and name of the  adoption(s) that you are requesting.

All sigtas are sold unlimited.  Adoptions are only sold once and include a certificate.  Payment is expected within 24 hours of request or will be sold to the next person who requested it. Thanks!
